First outing with my new Sigma 10-20mm wide angle lens. Finally pulled the trigger and splurged on a new one–giving me a decent arsenal of lens now: Canon 55-250mm, Canon 18-55mm, Sigma 10-20mm, and a Lensbaby.
Happy with the overall DOF and image sharpness of my new Sigma 10-20mm lens. Yes, there is the expected distortion on the outer edges of the frame (shot on my Canon T3i)-unsurprisingly though, it makes for a pleasant effect.Shot at 10mm, ISO 100, f/5, 1/200
This historic area is good for an hour or two of walking and browsing–depending on how much shopping you plan to do. Parking is metered on the streets–and in extremely high demand–so learn how to hone your parallel parking skills prior to your visit.Again, playing with angles and size. This sculpture is around the corner from a recommended eat: Mornings in Paris–an ornate, woody/rustic coffee house. Sampled pastries and enjoyed the “cupcakeuccino.” Satisfied my sweet-tooth.
